About
Made for the last ten minutes of the shift.
At close, someone counts the jar, prints the card report and works out who gets what, often on the back of a receipt with a phone calculator. Shares come out a few cents over or under, the bussers’ tip-out gets argued about, and nobody can check the math afterwards.
Pourshare does that ten minutes of arithmetic the same way every night: tip-outs first, then the pool by the rule your house uses, rounded so every cent lands with someone, cash in whole dollars with the bills counted, and the rest marked for payroll. The Split Sheet is free and stores nothing. The Pool Book keeps the nights and adds up each pay period.
Pourshare does not handle money, connect to a point-of-sale system or decide your house’s tip policy. You enter the figures and the rules; it shows its work.
Who runs it
Pourshare is run by WeldonPC.com, an IT company in Garfield Heights, Ohio, at garfieldhts.biz. It is an independent tool: it is not the City of Garfield Heights, its schools, council or chamber of commerce.
